It's tough work sorting mods from hundreds of scattered sources. Don't just overwrite because there will be leftovers and duplicates as I tend to remove, rename or move the folders around. I suggest keeping your own mods in a separate folder. If you are upgrading from R1 you have to delete everything from the Mod folder and use the one from this pack.
